The Ecological Culture Initiative will host an Organic Farm-to-Table Fall Equinox Dinner on Wednesday, September 21st, 2022, 6:30 PM 🍽 Dining will take place under a tent overlooking Shinnecock Bay, at the historic St. Joseph Villa, 81 Lynn Ave, Hampton Bays, NY.
Dinner Tickets: $50 per member 🥗 limited to 70 members [SOLD OUT!!]
ECI will provide an organic, vegetarian meal prepared by Chefs Colin Ambrose of Estia's Little Kitchen and Robyn Henderson. A full meal served family-style will include an appetizer, entree, and dessert. All herbs and vegetables will be sourced from local farms, including ECI’s Good Ground Heritage Garden.
Guest speaker Tela Troge from Shinnecock Kelp Farmers will give a short eco-talk about growing food, wellness, and the ways we can address human-made impacts on our coastal ecosystems. Live entertainment will be provided by Hampton Bays local and American Idol’s own Christiaan Padavan 🎶 and beautiful table arrangements provided from Everlastings by Diana Conklin!

Proceeds from ECI’s Farm-to-Table Dinners help support the Good Ground Heritage Garden at St. Joseph Villa. Food grown at the Good Ground Heritage Garden is donated to the St. Rosalie’s Community Food Pantry in Hampton Bays (over 1000 lbs. donated in 2021!).
