Garden Manager: Work under the guidance of the Agro-Ecology Director. Have some gardening knowledge and the ability to work independently. Direct volunteers in vegetable bed preparation, install and maintain plants, harvest vegetables, and maintain garden pathways.
Event Coordinator: Plan and supervise ECI events, coordinate staff and volunteers, and work with event sponsors. ECI events include our Organic Farm-to-Table Dinners, Film Screenings, educational workshops at the Good Ground Heritage Garden, wellness retreats, and fundraisers.
Membership/Volunteer Coordinator: Manage ECI’s membership program. Manage all email and phone inquiries from prospective members and volunteers. Schedule and coordinate volunteers with appropriate initiatives and program managers. Connect with local youth groups and recruit new volunteers.
Fundraiser/Grant Writer: Has good communication skills and the ability to connect with prospective donors for our non-profit organization. Coordinate meetings and tours with new and existing supporters. Has experience and talent in locating and writing grant applications while meeting deadlines.
