The Ecological Cultural Initiative will present four classes in the ancient art of movement for health and balance. Taught by Tina Curran, the classes will take place at the historic St. Joseph Villa, 81 Lynn Ave, Hampton Bays, NY on four Sundays at 5 pm: September 11, 18, 25, and October 2. The classes are FREE and available to all ECI members.
These deep awakening movements and self-massages from the classical Chinese tradition bring us home to ourselves and enhance our relationship with the ecosystem. The movements are gentle and relaxing, and accessible to beginners.
