ECI will provide an organic, plant-based meal prepared by Chef Robyn Diederiks of Robyn’s Kitchen. All herbs and vegetables will be locally sourced including produce harvested from the Good Ground Heritage Garden and other local farms. Kombucha will be served, and guests are welcome to bring another beverage of preference.
Guest speaker Lauren Carrozzi will talk about her zero waste journey, and demonstrate how we can start reducing our waste today with 7 essential items • 1 Zero Waste Kit will be raffled!
We are delighted to have Jeff Bellanca of Classic Jam 1 provide his smooth style of solo improvised guitar music as entertainment.
Chef Robyn Diederiks grew up in Montauk, New York, the land of fresh seafood and good surf. Taking her mother's passion for cooking and her father’s dedication for success, she created Robyn’s Kitchen, a personal chef service for the east end of Long Island.
