All instruction will take place Friday evenings, 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm

Program 1: Organic Garden Design & Seed Propagation, March 31 – May 19
Program 2: Soil Science, Plant Health & Rain Harvest, May 26 – July 14
Program 3: Native Plants, Pollinators & Food Forests, July 21 – Sept 8
Program 4: Harvesting, Seed Saving & Winterizing, Sept 15 – Nov 3

Additional field work (optional) can be scheduled Monday - Saturday.

Age: 16 - Seniors

Place: Lodge at Squiretown Park, 62 Red Creek Road, Hampton Bays

Fee per Program: $240 Southampton Town resident,  $250 non-resident (8 classes)
