Our Get-Ready-for-Winter Feast

On Wednesday December 13th, we’ll be returning to the Canoe Place Inn for our next delicious, farm-to-table feast.  We're sure this is a dinner you don't want to miss, combining the best organic, local produce with the culinary magic of the CPI kitchen.  Here’s what we have planned for the menu:

Black Sea Bass with Lemon and Parsley

Penne with Roasted Broccoli and Pesto Dressing

Mixed Greens with Cucumber, Radish, and Dijon Vinaigrette

Potato and Leek Soup with Brioche Croutons

Roasted Cauliflower with Grapes and Basil

Mixed Grilled Vegetables with Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar

Cash bar opens at 5:30, musical entertainment by Christian Padavan starts at 5:30, followed by dinner at 6:00. Tickets are $75 per son. Hope to see you there!
