The Ecological Culture Initiative will hold an Organic Farm-to-Table Spring Equinox Dinner TO-GO on Saturday, March 20th, 2021. A delicious meal will be provided for pickup from 3 - 5 pm at the historic St. Joseph Villa 🍽

ECI will provide an organic, plant-based meal prepared by Chefs Ellen Greaves, Jeanette Candido, and Julie Jacobs. A full meal will include pumpkin/butternut squash/sweet potato soup with bread, mixed organic greens salad, vegan stuffed cabbage, and vegan chocolate truffles. All herbs and vegetables will be sourced from local farms.

IMPORTANT: ECI is dedicated to adhering to health and safety standards, and providing safe and reliable access to nutritious foods necessary to a healthy community. All NYS Interim COVID-19 Guidance for Food Services and Low-Risk Outdoor Arts and Entertainment will be followed. All staff and guests will be required to wear a mask or cloth face-covering when when unable to maintain a safe distance from those not in their party.
