The Ecological Culture Initiative will host an outdoor Organic Farm-to-Table Fall Equinox Dinner on Tuesday, September 22nd, 2020, 6:30 pm at the historic St. Joseph Villa 🍽 Dining will take place at safely distanced tables under a tent overlooking Shinnecock Bay.

ECI will provide an organic, plant-based meal prepared by Chefs Julie Jacobs and Ellen Greaves. All herbs and vegetables will be sourced from local farms. Iced Tisane will be served, and guests are welcome to bring another beverage of preference.
Guest speakers Suzanne Ruggles (The Barefoot Gardener), and Dr. Scott Carlin (LIU Post Professor & Environmentalist) will give short eco-talks about growing food, wellness, and the ways we can address humanmade impacts on our coastal ecosystems.
IMPORTANT: ECI is dedicated to adhering to health and safety standards, and providing safe and reliable access to nutritious foods necessary to a healthy community. All NYS Interim COVID-19 Guidance for Food Services and Low-Risk Outdoor Arts and Entertainment will be followed, with tables and seating set at a safe distance. Tables will be available for one, couples, and commingling groups. To help arrange seating, please let us know the names of all people commingling in your group. All staff and guests will be required to wear a mask or cloth face-covering when not seated at their table or when unable to maintain a safe distance from those not in their party.
