The Ecological Culture Initiative will host an Organic Farm-to-Table Spring Equinox Dinner on Friday, March 20th, 2020, 6:30 pm at the historic St. Joseph Villa 🍽 limited to 45 members of ECI
Dinner Tickets: $45 per member 🥗 limited to 45 members
ECI will provide an organic, plant-based meal prepared by private chef Martine Abitbol, Le Poeme, and Ross School chef Julie Jacobs. All herbs and vegetables will be locally sourced including produce harvested from local farms. Kombucha will be served, and guests are welcome to bring another beverage of preference.
Private chef Martine Abitbol, Le Poeme, will lend her talents and her love of earthy family style eating with a Tunisian vegetarian Tagine. Ross School chef Julie Jacobs will bring her passion for local and organic foods to create more delicious surprises for our dinner.
Guest speaker Dr. Christopher Gobler will talk about the ways we can address human-made impacts on our coastal ecosystems, including the recent scallop, fish, and turtle die-offs in our bays.
