Join us for a mid-summer farm-to-table lunch prepared by Chef Robert Curreri. The menu will include local, organic, vegetarian, and vegan farm-to-table options sourced from Hampton Bays Farmers' Market vendors and other generous local farms and growers. Dessert will include assorted fruit pies with market fruit and fruit coulis, chocolate truffle bars, and grain-free brownies.
Chef Robert Curreri was the chef at the Ritz Tower in Manhattan for the past ten years, and has been cooking professionally since 1984. He now lives on the East End full time running Roberts Bakestand, and offers his delicious fruit pies and Chocolate Truffle Bars as a vendor of the Hampton Bays Farmersβ Market.
Proceeds help support the St. Rosalie's Food Pantry & ECI's Farmers' Market Initiative.
