The Ecological Culture Initiative will host an Organic Farm-to-Table Winter Solstice Dinner on Thursday, December 20th, 2018 at 6:00 pm at the historic St. Joseph's Villa, 81 Lynn Ave, Hampton Bays, NY 🍽
Price: $45 per person - limited to 45 people 🥗
ECI will provide all food, which will be organic, naturally gluten-free, and vegetarian (with vegan options), and prepared by Executive Cheffe Colette. Any milk, cheese, and vegetables will be locally sourced. There will be water, kombucha, and wine glasses available, and you are welcome to bring a beverage of your choosing.
Cheffe Colette Connor owns and operates The Inn Spot On The Bay in Hampton Bays. As executive chef, she develops and oversees all menu items, focusing on farm-to-table, organic, and local ingredients. With an in-depth knowledge of nutrition and dietary restrictions, she creates gourmet meals that are healthy and delicious.
